Free Service and Document Tools
TypeWithFun provides typing lessons, games, tests, articles, the browser-based resume builder, Application Writer, achievements, history, progress tools, Compatibility OCR and the Direct Document Reader without a subscription fee. Fast Cloud OCR is available only within the displayed monthly personal and website-wide free allowances. Document Studio payments are currently disabled. We may improve, change, limit, pause or discontinue features when necessary to operate and maintain the service.
Accounts
An account is optional for general practice but required to save progress, achievements, history, rankings, or other personal learning data. Users must provide accurate account information and keep login credentials private.
Community Blog Review
Registered users may submit original, lawful, respectful blog content. New submissions and edits to approved posts remain private until a logged-in TypeWithFun administrator approves them. The administrator may reject a submission with feedback, delete content, resolve reader reports, or suspend blog-publishing access for repeated or serious violations. The Community Guidelines form part of these Terms.
User Content Ownership and Licence
Authors retain ownership of their original writing. By submitting content, the author confirms that they created it or have permission to publish it and grants TypeWithFun a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, promote, and monetize the approved content in connection with operating and promoting the website. This licence does not transfer ownership to TypeWithFun. Publishing does not create a right to advertising revenue or other payment unless TypeWithFun and the author separately agree in writing.
Moderation, Reports, and Removal
Approval is not an endorsement or guarantee of accuracy. TypeWithFun may review, reject, unpublish, or delete content that is copied, unlawful, misleading, abusive, unsafe, spam, privacy-invasive, or otherwise unsuitable. Readers may report published articles. Authors may edit their own posts but cannot delete them directly. Reactions are community feedback and do not represent TypeWithFun endorsement.
Fair Use
Do not misuse the website, automate fake activity, manipulate rankings, interfere with other users, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service in a way that harms its availability or security.
Learning Results
Scores, WPM, accuracy, achievements, rankings, and certificate-track results are practice indicators. They are not official academic or professional certifications unless clearly stated otherwise.
Document Studio, Automated Recognition and User Review
Users may use Document Studio only for material they own, created, recorded, or are authorized to process. Do not upload unlawfully obtained, infringing, abusive, highly sensitive, or malicious files.
OCR, scanned-PDF recognition, audio transcription and live dictation are automated processes. Results may contain omissions or errors in spelling, handwriting, names, dates, numbers, financial amounts, addresses, punctuation, tables, columns, accents, dialects, reading order, paragraph breaks, spacing, fonts, formatting or alignment. TypeWithFun does not warrant that generated text is complete, accurate, suitable for a particular purpose, or identical to the source.
Before downloading, signing, printing, sharing, submitting or relying on a generated document, the user must compare it with the original source and correct the entire text and layout. Users are solely responsible for approving the final content, subject to rights and liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. The original image, PDF or recording remains the authoritative source. Automated output should not be relied upon without careful verification for legal, financial, medical, academic, immigration, employment, contractual or other official purposes.
Document Studio requires an on-page review confirmation before Word or PDF download. That confirmation is a user acknowledgement and is not an independent accuracy check, professional review or certification by TypeWithFun.
Compatibility OCR and live browser dictation depend on the capabilities of the user’s device and browser. Compatibility OCR runs on the user’s device and is currently offered without page-credit deductions, although login, human verification, rate limits and file limits may apply. Fast Cloud OCR uses Google Cloud Vision and requires login, a verified email address, an available monthly personal allowance, remaining website-wide free capacity, internet access and provider availability. A selectable PDF, DOCX or TXT file may be read locally through the Direct Document Reader, which is currently offered without page-credit deductions. Each photographed page or scanned PDF page submitted to Fast Cloud OCR normally consumes one free cloud page. TypeWithFun may change free allowances, file limits, language availability, batch sizes or safety limits to protect the website and control operating costs.
Document Processing Verification, Security and Fair Use
Fast Cloud OCR is available only to logged-in accounts whose email address has been verified. Compatibility OCR and the Direct Document Reader are currently free but may still require login and Cloudflare Turnstile or similar human verification. TypeWithFun may apply per-account and per-network rate limits, allow only one active document-processing job per account, validate file types and image dimensions, reject malformed or unsafe uploads, record security events, and temporarily suspend Document Studio processing where activity appears automated, abusive, fraudulent or unsafe.
Human verification and rate limits reduce abuse but cannot guarantee that every automated request will be detected. A failed verification, rejected upload, security suspension or rate limit should occur before Google OCR is called whenever technically possible and should not consume a Fast Cloud OCR page.
Document Studio Payments
Document Studio page-pack purchases are currently disabled. TypeWithFun may introduce optional paid plans later after updating the displayed prices, terms and applicable legal or business arrangements. Existing historical payment and credit records, if any, may be retained for accounting, support, dispute handling and security.
Application Writer Drafts and Official Formats
The Application Writer creates general-purpose draft letters from information entered by the user. It uses controlled wording variations to make different versions, but it does not independently verify the facts entered, assess eligibility, provide legal advice, or confirm that a generated application follows a mandatory formal format.
Schools, universities, employers, banks, courts, embassies, municipalities, ministries, police departments, immigration authorities, tax authorities and other government or private offices may require their own prescribed form, heading, language, wording, supporting documents, signatures, witnesses, stamps, attestations, fees or submission procedure. Before submitting or relying on a generated application, the user must check every fact and confirm the current requirements directly with the receiving organization. TypeWithFun does not guarantee acceptance, approval, employment, admission, payment, benefit, permit, certificate or any other outcome.
Application Writer drafts and entered details are processed in the browser in this version. Browser-saved drafts may be lost when browser storage is cleared. Users should download or keep a separate copy of important applications.
Resume Content
Users are responsible for checking the accuracy of resume information and deciding whether a design is suitable for a particular employer or application system. TypeWithFun does not guarantee interviews, employment, or acceptance by an applicant tracking system.
Availability And Data
We work to keep the service available and protect saved data, but uninterrupted access and permanent storage cannot be guaranteed. Resume and Document Studio drafts stored in browser local storage may be lost if browser data is cleared, so users should download or keep copies of important documents and results.
Advertising, Affiliate Links and Support
TypeWithFun may display clearly labelled advertising on selected public pages, use disclosed affiliate links, accept sponsorships, or provide an optional support link. Advertising and affiliate relationships do not create a payment right for visitors or community authors unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Users must not click advertisements to create artificial revenue, encourage others to do so, use automated traffic, purchase invalid traffic, or interfere with advertising measurement. TypeWithFun may restrict access or remove content connected with invalid traffic, misleading promotions, undisclosed affiliate activity, or advertising-policy abuse.
Changes
These terms may be updated when the service changes. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply.
