Before publication
Every new community blog and every edit to a published community blog is placed in Pending Review. The website administrator may approve it, reject it with feedback, or delete it when necessary. A submission is not visible to the public and should not contain advertisements until it is approved.
What you may publish
- Your own original writing.
- Writing you have clear permission or a licence to publish.
- Useful educational, career, technology, productivity, typing, lesson, or factual content.
- Personal experiences presented honestly without exposing another person’s private information.
What is not allowed
- Copied articles, images, or other material used without permission.
- Spam, undisclosed advertising, affiliate-link stuffing, scams, or misleading promotions.
- Adult sexual content, hateful or abusive content, threats, harassment, graphic violence, or instructions intended to cause harm.
- Illegal content, malware, phishing, credential requests, or attempts to bypass website security.
- False impersonation, fabricated qualifications, deliberately misleading claims, or dangerous misinformation.
- Private information such as passwords, bank details, identity-document numbers, personal addresses, or another person’s confidential information.
- Content written mainly to manipulate search rankings or advertising systems rather than help readers.
Approval and rejection
Approval means the article may appear publicly on TypeWithFun. Rejection means it stays private. The author can read the administrator’s reason, correct the article, accept the guidelines again, and resubmit it for a new review. Approval is not an endorsement or guarantee that every statement is correct.
Editing published articles
When an author edits an approved article, the revised version returns to Pending Review and temporarily stops being public until it is approved again. This prevents unreviewed material from replacing an approved article.
Reactions and reports
Readers may use Like, Love, Clap, and Wow reactions. Readers may also report copyright concerns, spam, harmful content, privacy problems, misinformation, or other concerns. Reports are reviewed by the administrator and may lead to correction, rejection, deletion, or account-level publishing restrictions.
Repeated violations
The administrator may suspend an account’s ability to submit or edit community blogs after repeated or serious violations. The rest of the free TypeWithFun account may remain available unless separate security or legal concerns require further action.
Copyright and takedown requests
Copyright owners may request review or removal by emailing support@typewithfun.com. Include the article URL, the material you own, where the original appears, and enough information for TypeWithFun to evaluate the request.
Ownership and permission granted to TypeWithFun
Authors retain ownership of their original writing. By submitting content, the author grants TypeWithFun a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, promote, and monetize the approved content in connection with operating and promoting the website. No advertising-revenue share is created unless TypeWithFun and the author separately agree in writing.
