One-Time OCR Page Packs
OCR packs are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically. Purchased pages are added to the TypeWithFun account used during checkout. They do not expire while the OCR service remains available.
Refund Questions
Because OCR credits are digital units that may be consumed immediately, used pages are generally not refundable except where required by law. Payment for an OCR page covers the recognition request and does not guarantee error-free text, exact formatting or preservation of the source layout. Users must review and correct generated content. If a successful payment was not credited, a duplicate charge occurred, or a technical failure incorrectly consumed pages without returning a result, contact support with the TypeWithFun account ID and Paddle transaction or receipt details.
Previous Subscriptions
Paid membership has been discontinued. Historical subscription records may remain with the payment provider and TypeWithFun for accounting, support, dispute, security, or legal purposes.
